I'M BACK

Almost 8 months since my last post and I'm back. Its a long story - don't ask.

I'll quickly bring you up to date on the happenings around here...Pretty much the same as it was last summer.

Cat count - still 6

Dog count - still 2

Rabbit - 1

Chicken - 1 (which I feel really bad about)

Duck - 1

At this moment there are 2 cats in the hallway having a stare-off. The rabbit is banging his food bowl against the side of his cage. The dogs are outside staring into a ground squirrel hole. The toilet paper roll is still intact (so thats a plus). The house is badly in need of a good vacuuming. Thank goodness it rained Sunday and Monday - that took care of the watering chore for awhile. All in all, I'd say everything is just about normal around here.

I've opened a second etsy shop since we last spoke : Little Green House 195 - felt characters and creations and animal inspired snippets. (that sounds like a good tag line - maybe I'll use it) Check it out:

And, I hope to have a third shop up and running very soon. At least one of them should make money don't ya think.

I'm not going to use this blog solely as a vehicle for shameless self-promotion, but lets be honest - there will be some. If you tune in you'll also have to put up with a certain amount of mindless babble (kind of like this), perhaps some minor whining, the occasional soapbox speech, possibly some tomfoolery and shenanigans. I'll post the occasional photo or 2. Join in if you'd like, although I'll do it with or without you. I'll make an honest effort to post at least once a week but I'll warn you now that I'm easily distracted and may wander off from time to time (ie: the last 8 months) but I'll be back eventually. All I ask is that you don't correct my spelling - its awfully annoying.
